The Personal Formulator is a division of BPI Laboratories a contract personal care manufacturer having cosmetic and personal care research, manufacturing and packaging services. BPI serves clients having national and international name brands. Our staffs of cosmetic chemists, manufacturing and packaging professionals have many years experience assisting others in bringing new and innovative products to market.                                     

The Personal Formulator was established to meet the needs of those formulating for personal use or small-scale development not yet ready for the commercial services of BPI Laboratories. We will endeavor to provide you the highest quality in the widest range of cosmetic actives, fragrance, natural oils, and emulsifiers. Our formulary will draw from our library of thousands of formulations many of which are equivalent or superior to brand name products in addition to simple preparations for the personal formulator.
